These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and app, including all related services provided by Shackboost. **By using Shackboost, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Shackboost.**

Eligibility.

You must be at least 21 years old and a registered business owner or sole proprietor to use Shackboost. By using Shackboost, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Services Offered.

Shackboost offers AI-powered services, including but not limited to:

Google Ads optimization and creation
Automated community and review management
SEO analysis and recommendations
Google ranking monitoring
Listing in regional and local directories

Personal Information.

We collect various types of personal information, including:

Names
Addresses
Google My Business Profiles
Google Profiles
Phone Numbers
Locations
Payment Data
Email Addresses
Competitor Data

Payment and Refunds.

We accept payments via Stripe. Refunds are only possible if none of the services have been used. Once a service has been used, no refunds will be issued. We offer both annual and monthly plans, which can be canceled at the end of their respective terms.

Third-Party Services.

We use various third-party services, including Google Services, Cookies, and Analytics. By using Shackboost, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.

AI-Advertisements.

AI Advertisements are placed by your AI agent. We place your advertisements daily with the local search of google. Your advertisements will be visible on google maps. We are also supporting other ads on other platforms. All these platforms are for local businesses. We will use keywords from you and your competition. We will only display content from your profile within the app, no other information will be shown to the audiences. The budget will be spend to a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 80%. As we are a marketing agency and have a bigger advertisement volume. Our advertisement rates are better as yours as an individual. So as more people use Shackboost, the better rates we can get for you.

Usage Restrictions.

Only registered businesses or sole proprietors are eligible to use Shackboost. Any violation of these terms will result in warnings, and repeated violations may lead to termination of service without refunds.

Termination.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Shackboost services if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.

Intellectual property and copyright

This only applies to paying customers and after sign-in. When using the Shackboost AI Winning system, you are not allowed to take screenshots or videos of the Shackboost user interface as well as its content. You are not allowed to publish or share our front-end information anywhere. You are only allowed to share the AI-generated content with you, not our system itself. If you do the compensation that you have to pay Shackboost, it is at least $100.000, as well as the damage you have caused to the business by sharing the information.
